For all international customers, please be aware that NOT ALL packages shipped internationally will make it through customs without a tariff. Therefore we want to clearly communicate that to you, the buyer is responsible for ALL DUTIES, TAXES, and FEES at the time of import.
RETURNS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS TO YOUR ORDER AFTER PLACED. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE FAULTY OR DAMAGED AND MUST BE RETURNED IN UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT WITHIN THE FIRST 2 WEEKS.
EXCHANGES
WE ACCEPT EXCHANGES WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF PURCHASE. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING THE SHIPPING COST BACK. YOU CAN EXCHANGE YOUR ITEMS ONCE PER ORDER.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON SALES ITEMS.
CUSTOMS CHARGES
IF ANY CUSTOMS CHARGES INCUR, THEY WILL BE PAYABLE BY THE CUSTOMER AND WILL NOT BE COVERED.
LOST PACKAGES
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. ONCE TRACKING NUMBER OF THE SHIPMENT IS PROVIDED IT IS CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO REACH OUT TO THE SHIPPING PROVIDER AND REQUEST A REFUND IF ITEMS ARE NOT DELIVERED WHEN TRACKING STATES OTHERWISE.
